On how he got to Manual: “I was born and raised in Oregon in a small town called Ashland. Since my daughter and granddaughter live here, my wife and I decided to move to Louisville to be closer to our family. I was searching for a teaching job and then was hired at Manual. Considering how short notice it was, I was expecting to be a sub.”
