by at May 19th, 2011 2:05 PM

Friday

The Frazier Museum is having a Da Vinci-themed exhibit that displays all aspects of his work including his inventions, art, music, etc. All ages are free to attend from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. The tickets cost $18.50.

Saturday

The Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies is hosting a “Walk and Roll for kids” downtown from Forth Street Live. The walk is taking place in order to raise money for children of low-income families so they can still get the treatment they need. It is free, but in order to get a t-shirt a $25 minimum donation must be made. 7:30 A.M. is when registration start and the walk will begin at 8:30 A.M. and should last about two hours. There is free parking for the walk at the Fourth Street Live garage off of Fifth Street.

Bernheim Forest is hosting their annual “BloomFest” from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. which has a Woodland Faeries costume contest, kite flying, arts and crafts, food, live music and more. They also have a spring plant sale so patrons can bring home various plants. Regular admission applies so members can go for free while non-members must pay $5.

And of course, Krazy Fest runs all weekend long. See RedEye’s coverage of the festival for more details.

Have a good weekend!
